Modifies file system
Creates the following files
- C:\users\user\249999994880_5.1_user.ini
- C:\adobec3\xoptiloc.exe
- C:\kavbsn\optialoc.exe
Miscellaneous
Creates and executes the following
- 'C:\adobec3\xoptiloc.exe'
- 'C:\adobec3\xoptiloc.exe' ' (with hidden window)
