adds antivirus exclusion:

Modifies file system
Creates the following files

- %WINDIR%\temp\tarec0.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\cab119e.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\tar119f.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\cab5016.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\tar5017.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\cab52d6.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\tar52d7.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\cab53e1.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\tar5402.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\cab577c.tmp
- %WINDIR%\temp\tar577d.tmp
Deletes the following files

- from <Full path to file> to <Current directory>\old proxy file (you can delete this file).exe
