Creates the following files
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\microsoft\windows\wer\reportqueue\securitycore.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files
- %LOCALAPPDATA%\microsoft\windows\wer\reportqueue\securitycore.exe
Deletes itself.
